Witch Hat Cupcakes

These cute Witch Hat Cupcakes start with chocolate cupcakes topped with green cream cheese frosting. The hats are made from half an Oreo, orange frosting, a Hershey's kiss, and sprinkles. Refrigerate until serving for best results.

- Set aside 1/2 cup of the cream cheese frosting in a separate bowl.
- Tint the larger portion of frosting green and the smaller portion orange using food coloring.
- Carefully twist apart each Oreo cookie to get two halves.
- Drop a tiny dollop of orange frosting onto the center of each Oreo half.
- Set a Hershey's kiss on top of the frosting and gently press down. Decorate with a few white and orange sprinkles. Set the hats aside.
- Using a piping bag, pipe the green frosting into the middle of each cupcake, building up in layers without spreading to the edges.
- Place one Oreo witch hat on top of each cupcake. Keep the cupcakes covered in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
