From mandarin orange pumpkins to ghostly cottage cheese, each recipe is designed to be fun and festive while keeping nutrition in mind.   1. Peel 12 mandarin oranges, keeping them whole.
  2. Cut 2 celery sticks into small pieces.
  3. Press one celery piece into the top of each orange to resemble a stem.
  4. Arrange on a platter and chill before serving.
  5. Slice 3 green apples into wedges and remove seeds.
  6. Spread ½ cup peanut butter on one side of each wedge.
  7. Add ¼ cup sliced almonds for teeth.
  8. Top with another apple slice, slightly open to form a mouth.
  9. Attach 24 candy eyes using a dab of peanut butter.
  10. Cut 3 bananas in half.
  11. Insert 6 popsicle sticks into each piece.
  12. Press ¼ cup mini chocolate chips in for eyes and mouths.
  13. Freeze until firm before serving.
  14. Slice 6 hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.
  15. Mix yolks with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon mustard.
  16. Spoon filling back into eggs.
  17. Slice 6 black olives into spider shapes and place on top.
  18. Mix 2 cups Greek yogurt with ½ cup pumpkin puree and 2 tablespoons honey.
  19. Layer yogurt and 1 cup granola in cups.
  20. Chill before serving.
