Ingredients
Directions
- Apple Monsters: Cut each apple into quarters and remove the center to form a mouth. Spread creamy peanut butter inside, insert sunflower seed teeth, add a sliced strawberry tongue, and attach 1-2 sugar eyes using a dab of peanut butter.
- Boooooonana Ghosts: Slice bananas lengthwise, then cut each half into two quarters. Insert a popsicle stick into the wider end, place on parchment paper, and freeze for 24 hours. Melt 100g white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Dip frozen bananas in chocolate, return to parchment, and add dark chocolate chip eyes while chocolate is warm. Freeze for 2 more hours.
- Watermelon Head: Carve a watermelon into a head shape and fill with assorted fruit.
- Jack O’Apples: Use a knife to carve eyes, a nose, and a creepy smile into apples.
- Jack O’Oranges: Scoop out orange insides, carve eerie faces, and fill with berries, apples, kiwis, etc.
- Creepy Crawly Toasts: Spread goat cheese or cream cheese on thick slices of toasted French baguette. Place half a black olive in the center for the body and four smaller slices on each side for legs. Sprinkle with finely chopped basil.
- Apple Chips: Preheat oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Slice apples very thin, remove seeds, dip in lemon juice, arrange on sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake until dehydrated and slightly crunchy, about 2 hours, flipping halfway.
- Gluten-Free Pumpkin Quiche: Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss diced pumpkin with olive oil, salt, and pepper; bake until soft, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix crust ingredients and press into a tart pan greased with coconut oil. Bake until lightly golden, about 20 minutes. Clean and slice mushrooms; peel and slice shallots. Heat oil in a pan, add shallots, sage, mushrooms, season, and cook 6-7 minutes. Remove crust and pumpkin from oven. Add pumpkin to pan and toss. Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Stir half the pumpkin-mushroom mixture into eggs, pour into crust, top with remaining mixture, sprinkle with feta, and bake at 350°F until eggs are set, 40-45 minutes.
