Ingredients
Directions
- Start by heating your oven to 350°F. Grab a donut pan and coat it lightly with nonstick spray, then set it aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture turns a lighter shade. Pour in the ⅔ cup of milk and ⅔ cup of vegetable oil, stirring until everything is smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: 2 ¼ cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Whisk them together until well blended.
- Pour the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into a piping bag. Squeeze the batter into each donut cavity, filling them about ¾ of the way. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- While the donuts bake, make the glaze by whisking together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of water, and 1 teaspoon of orange food coloring.
- Once the donuts are baked and cooled, take them out of the pan. Flip them over and dip the tops into the orange glaze. Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons of Halloween Jimmies and add ½ cup of eye candies to complete the monster look.
