Creepy Crudite Cups

Directions

1. Clean the plastic eyeballs and witches fingers with warm soapy water, then dry them completely.
2. Insert a small bamboo skewer into each eyeball and also place a skewer inside each witches finger.
3. Get the vegetables ready: remove seeds from the red pepper, peel the carrot, rinse the cucumber, then cut all into sticks.
4. Spoon a serving of hummus or guacamole into the bottom of each shot glass.
5. Fill each glass with a mix of vegetable sticks—two of each kind works well—leaving a center space for the creepy decoration.
6. Place an eyeball or witches finger in the middle of each glass, securing it with the bamboo skewer.
7. Set out the cups for your guests and enjoy the spooky snack!
