Ingredients
Equipment
- Large bowl
- Baking dish
- Oven
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the ground beef with ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into a dozen equal-sized balls, rolling them gently.
- In a separate small bowl, stir together the spaghetti sauce and water.
- Arrange the meatballs in a baking dish, then pour the sauce mixture evenly over them.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for half an hour.
- Take one large olive per meatball. Carefully cut a small slit in the center of each olive and push a maraschino cherry into the slit so it looks like an eyeball.
- Set one olive eyeball on top of each meatball. Put the dish back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Dish up over cooked spaghetti.
