Ingredients
Directions
- Slice each banana into pieces roughly 3 centimeters thick.
- Arrange the banana slices on a plate or small tray and chill in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Break the white chocolate into pieces and place them in a bowl safe for microwaving.
- Heat the chocolate in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Take care not to overheat.
- Take the banana slices out of the freezer and insert a bamboo skewer into each piece.
- Work speedily: dip the upper half of each banana into the melted white chocolate, let the extra chocolate drip off, then attach two candy eyeballs to create the ghost face.
- Set the banana pops upright to harden. You can use a plastic cake pop stand, or make your own by poking holes into the top of a cardboard box or egg carton beforehand.
- Allow the chocolate to firm up completely, then serve right away.
