These easy Halloween pudding cups are made with white chocolate instant pudding tinted orange or green, topped with crushed Oreo crumbs, and personalized with drawn faces. You'll create jack-o-lantern and Frankenstein designs using a simple Sharpie marker on clear cups. It's a quick, no-bake treat perfect for parties or classroom celebrations.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Empty one box of white chocolate instant pudding mix into a large bowl.
  2. Pour in 2 cups of milk and whisk until smooth, then allow the pudding to thicken for several minutes.
  3. Add several drops of orange food coloring and stir until the color is uniform.
  4. Spoon or pour the orange pudding into clear plastic cups, filling each to about 1 inch from the top.
  5. Place all 10 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until you have coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle some of the cookie crumbs over the orange pudding cups, reserving the other half for the green pudding cups.
  7. Using a black Sharpie marker, draw a classic jack-o-lantern face on the front of each orange pudding cup.
  8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 using the second box of pudding mix, 2 cups of milk, and green food coloring instead of orange.
  9. With the Sharpie, draw a Frankenstein face on the front of each green pudding cup.
