Ingredients

Directions

  1. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a big saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Stir in the marshmallows and keep mixing until they are fully melted and smooth.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and fold with a spatula until every piece is covered in marshmallow.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the buttered dish and press it down so it fills the dish evenly and the surface is level.
  6. Let it cool and firm up for 30 minutes.
  7. Take the cooled treats out of the dish and slice into rectangles of different sizes.
  8. Set a heatproof bowl over a small pan of simmering water and put the green candy melts in the bowl.
  9. Stir until melted; if it's too thick, mix in 1 teaspoon of vegetable shortening.
  10. Dunk the top side of each treat into the green melted candy, then immediately into the black jimmies sprinkles.
  11. Place two royal icing eyes on each treat.
  12. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the black candy melts in 10–15 second bursts, stirring between each.
  13. Transfer the melted black candy to a piping bag and pipe stitch lines across the treats.
  14. Wait until the candy coating is fully set before storing or wrapping.
