Create festive Halloween treat bags using layered fringed crepe paper streamers in black, white, and lime green. With just a few supplies like washi tape and printable tags, you can assemble these cute bags in no time. The black fringe is doubled for extra visual pop.

You'll need

Paper treat bags from Petite Party Studio

Crepe paper streamers – black, white, and lime green

Orange washi tape

Tape runner

Scissors

Directions

Take a piece of crepe paper streamer, fold it in half lengthwise, then fold in half again.

Snip fringe along the folded edge of the crepe paper. Prepare enough so that you have two fringed strips per color for each bag, except black which needs four strips (since you'll place two rows of black).

Using a tape runner, attach the lime green fringe strip, then the white strip, and finally the second black strip on top, stacking them as you go.

Across the top of the layered fringe, adhere a strip of orange washi tape (or orange cardstock).

Attach a Halloween Free Printable Tag to the front of the bag with a tape runner or glue stick.
