You'll need

orange cups
napkins
rubber bands
prizes (tricks: toothpaste, socks, fake ketchup & mustard bottles; treats: candy, inflatable Halloween decorations, Slinky toys)
hot glue
black foam core

Directions

Put prizes inside orange cups with napkins rubber-banded over the tops.
Hot glue the cups to a piece of black foam core.
Have kids poke their finger through the orange napkin on the cups and pull out either a TRICK or a TREAT.
