This Halloween bark is a quick and fun treat combining crunchy cookies, pretzels, and candy corn all coated in white chocolate. Top it with candy eyeballs and festive sprinkles for a spooky snack that's perfect for parties or gifting.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the almond bark according to the package directions. I prefer to do it slowly in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until it's smooth and glossy.
  2. While the chocolate melts, line a large baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Spread the broken cookies, pretzel pieces, and about 1 cup of candy corn evenly over the prepared sheet.
  3. Drizzle the melted almond bark over the cookie mixture, then use a spatula to spread it into an even layer that coats everything.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the remaining candy corn, candy eyeballs, and Halloween sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the bark is set and firm.
  5. Break the bark into small pieces and enjoy!
