This Halloween freakshake starts with a glass decorated with white chocolate stitches and strawberry sauce. You blend strawberry ice cream with milk, pour it into the glass, top with a jam doughnut, cream, extra sauce injected into the doughnut, and red sprinkles. The result is a spooky, fun, and indulgent drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Start by chilling your glass in the refrigerator.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate squares in the microwave, heating in 10-second bursts and stirring until smooth.
  3. Transfer the melted white chocolate into a piping bag, then retrieve the glass from the fridge.
  4. Cut a tiny opening (just a few millimeters) at the tip of the piping bag and pipe stitched lines onto the glass.
  5. Grab the jam doughnut and pipe additional stitches over the hole where the jam is leaking out.
  6. Next, drizzle the strawberry sauce along the inside edges of the glass and set it aside.
  7. In a blender, combine the strawberry ice cream and milk, then blend until smooth.
  8. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass and place the doughnut on top.
  9. Add a generous amount of whipped cream over the doughnut and drizzle a bit more strawberry sauce.
  10. Fill the syringe with the sauce and inject it into the doughnut.
  11. Finish by sprinkling red sprinkles on top.
