- Start with a clean, dry glass. Using white writing icing, pipe a ring around the top edge, letting it drip down the sides. Pause in some spots to create thicker drips.
- While the icing is still wet, sprinkle Halloween-themed sprinkles over it so they stick.
- Once all glasses are rimmed, use a small cookie scoop or spoon to add vanilla ice cream, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
- Slowly pour chilled orange soda into each glass, filling only halfway at first to allow foam to settle. After the foam subsides, add more soda until the glass is full.
- Finish with festive straws and optional garnishes like candy pumpkins or candy corn.
