These Halloween treat bags are easy to make using small brown paper bags, treat labels, black twine, and spider web. Fill the bags with goodies, gather the tops, tie with twine, and wrap with stretchy web for a creepy, fun look.

- Attach a Halloween treat label to the lower front of a small brown paper bag using a glue stick.
- Fill the bag with your chosen treats.
- About halfway down from the top, pinch the sides of the bag together to close the opening.
- Wrap black twine twice around the gathered section and tie a knot, then fluff the top of the bag slightly.
- Pull out a piece of spider web roughly 12 inches long and 1 to 2 inches wide, and place the treat bag in the center on top of it.
- Bring one end of the spider web up over the bag and secure it; repeat with the other end. Then tear off random bits of web and stretch them around the bag wherever you like.
