Ingredients

Directions

  1. Arrange your preferred vegetables to form a healthy skeleton shape. Spoon the white dip—a homemade tzatziki with 8 ounces of plain vegan yogurt, the juice from half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dill, and a dash of sea salt—to create the skull.
  2. To make mini jack-o-lanterns, carve a small opening at the top of a mandarin orange and stick a celery piece inside for a stem. Draw a spooky face on the orange using a permanent marker.
  3. For creepy spider treats, thread black grapes onto toothpicks to form eight legs. Use a plum or purple potato as the body. Secure edible eyes with a dab of honey or frosting.
  4. Ghost popsicles start with a banana cut in half. Insert a popsicle stick or wooden skewer into the pointed half. Dip the banana into non-dairy vanilla yogurt, then add chocolate chips for eyes and mouth. Set on parchment paper and freeze for roughly 2 hours. For extra texture, you can sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
  5. Make vampire punch by filling clear skeleton glasses with POM Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice and tossing in a few eyeballs for a creepy effect.
  6. For spooky pizza, start with a whole wheat crust or pita. Spread pizza sauce, top with vegan mozzarella cheese slices, sliced olives, and orange cherry tomatoes.
