Learn how to make personalized Disney Halloween shirts featuring a festive 'Here for the Treats' design. Using a Cricut cutting machine, iron-on vinyl, and an Easy Press, you can create custom tees in just a few steps. This tutorial covers everything from downloading the free cut file to applying the design with proper heat pressing techniques.
You'll need
Directions
- Start by downloading the free Halloween Treats cut files, then unzip the folder and upload the SVG to Cricut Design Space.
- Scale the image to fit your t-shirt, usually making it about 9 to 10 inches wide.
- Click 'Make It' and be sure to select 'Mirror Image' in the mat size settings.
- Pick your material type, then place the iron-on vinyl on the cutting mat with the shiny side down, load it, and cut.
- Remove the vinyl from the mat and use a bright pad to see the cut lines clearly. Weed away the excess vinyl, keeping your design on the sticky plastic sheet.
- Flip the design over so it's the right way, then center it on your shirt using a ruler. Leave the plastic carrier sheet in place.
- Set your Easy Press to the temperature and time from the product chart, then press with light pressure on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Peel off the plastic sheet. If any part isn't sticking, put the sheet back and press again, then flip the shirt and press from the back.
