You'll need
Directions
- Separate the printed top sheet from the plain backing layers of your decorative napkins.
- Trim a round section from the middle of the napkin to fit over the stem, or cut a small opening to accommodate a pre-existing stem.
- Slice the leftover napkin material into four equal strips.
- Brush a layer of Mod Podge onto the pumpkin surface where you plan to start.
- Carefully lay the napkin piece into the pumpkin's ridges, smoothing it out.
- Spread another coat of Mod Podge over the top of the applied napkin.
- Continue this process, adding more napkin pieces and adhesive, until the whole pumpkin is wrapped.
- Use paint to color the stems if desired.
- Secure the stem to the pumpkin using a hot glue gun.
- Attach dried foliage and extra stems around the base with hot glue for added decoration.
