Directions

  1. Begin by completely encasing the bare wreath frame with the black floral tape to establish a solid foundation.
  2. Gather the orange and black crepe paper streamers and intertwine them tightly to form a dual-colored cord.
  3. Wind this combined paper cord around the prepared frame, using additional floral tape to fasten it securely at intervals.
  4. Keep spiraling the paper material over the structure until no part of the original frame remains visible.
  5. Apply hot glue to the back of the Jack and Sally figures and press them firmly onto the middle section of the wreath.
  6. Loop the black ribbon around the upper edge of the frame and knot it securely to form a hanger.
  7. Display your finished creation on a door or wall to showcase your festive Halloween decoration.
