These no-bake Monster Peanut Butter Balls come together in minutes with just a few ingredients. Melted butter and peanut butter are mixed with green food coloring and icing sugar to form a dough, which is rolled into balls and decorated with candy eyeballs. Chill for 15 minutes, then enjoy a silly, sweet Halloween snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- Melt 60 g of butter in a small saucepan on the stove or in the microwave until just melted.
- In a large bowl, combine 175 g of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Smooth with the melted butter.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and fully combined. Add green gel food coloring and whisk again until the color is even.
- Add 275 g of icing sugar and whisk until fully incorporated. The mixture will look like breadcrumbs; use clean hands to press it together into a dough.
- Line a small baking tray or plate with greaseproof or baking paper.
- Pinch off pieces of dough and roll into walnut-sized balls, placing them on the lined tray.
- Press candy eyeballs into the tops of each ball to create monster faces. Use different sizes and numbers (1 to 3) of eyes to vary the expressions.
- Refrigerate the peanut butter monsters for at least 15 minutes before serving.
