Ingredients
Directions
- Melt 60 g of butter in a small saucepan on the stove or in the microwave until just liquified.
- Place 175 g of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Smooth into a large bowl, then pour the melted butter over it.
- Stir the butter and peanut butter together with a whisk until completely smooth and uniform. Add a few drops of green gel food coloring and whisk again until the mixture has an even green hue.
- Add 275 g of icing sugar to the bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. The mixture should look like breadcrumbs. Use clean hands to press it together into a dough.
- Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment or wax paper.
- Pinch off pieces of dough and roll them into balls about the size of a walnut. Set each ball on the lined sheet.
- Press edible candy eyeballs into the top of each ball. Vary the number and sizes of eyes—use one to three per monster—to create different funny faces.
- Refrigerate the monster peanut butter balls for at least 15 minutes before serving.
