These no-bake monster pretzel rods are a quick, fun Halloween snack. Simply dip pretzels in purple white chocolate, add a candy eye, and coat with monster-themed sprinkles. Let them set and enjoy a creepy-cute treat that's perfect for parties or gifting.

- Place the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on the defrost setting for 2 minutes, then stir. Continue heating in 1-minute bursts, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely smooth.
- Add 6 drops of purple gel food coloring and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate. Stir until the color is even and the mixture is fully combined.
- One at a time, dip a pretzel rod into the purple chocolate, allowing any extra to drip back into the bowl. Make sure the pretzel is coated about three-quarters of the way up.
- Set the dipped pretzel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. While the chocolate is still wet, press one candy eye into the coating near the top.
- Generously sprinkle the wet chocolate with the blue and purple sprinkles, covering the area around and below the eye. Let the pretzel rods dry completely at room temperature before serving.
