Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

These pumpkin snickerdoodles start with pre-made cookie dough for easy baking. After baking, top each cookie with a sprinkle-coated marshmallow and a pretzel stem for a festive fall dessert.

Directions
- Heat the oven following the temperature and time on the cookie dough package.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Take one piece of dough from the package and shape it into a ball.
- Put the dough ball on the prepared sheet and bake for the time listed on the package.
- While the cookies bake, coat each marshmallow in orange sprinkles. Insert half a pretzel stick into each marshmallow to form a stem.
- Take the cookies out of the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Place one decorated marshmallow on top of each cookie and allow them to cool completely.
- Loosely cover the cookies with plastic wrap.
