Easy kid friendly Halloween treats : Ghost Cupcakes

Directions

1. Bake chocolate cupcakes and allow them to cool completely.
2. Prepare a super fluffy buttercream frosting using whipping cream to ensure it stands up tall and remains light and airy.
3. Fit a piping bag with an icing tip and coupler.
4. Frost each cooled cupcake with an upside down cone-like shape: wider at the base on top of the cupcake and getting smaller as it goes up, piping three or four times around.
5. Stick two candy eyes on each frosting ghost.
