Transform a package of jars into a Halloween party game by decorating lids with eyeball labels and covering the box with black duct tape. Fill each jar with treats, add a contents label, and attach printable signs on craft sticks for a finishing touch. This craft repurposes the original packaging for a fun, interactive game.

Directions

  1. Print eyeball designs onto 1.5-inch circle labels. Attach a large brown kraft label to each jar lid, then center a small eyeball label on top.
  2. Wrap the original cardboard box that holds the jars completely with black duct tape. This box will serve as the game board.
  3. Repeat the labeling process for all jars in the box. Once lids are decorated, place the jars back into the taped box along with their intended contents.
  4. Hot glue printable signs onto craft sticks, then glue the sticks to the back of the game box as shown.
  5. Fill each jar with candy or small toys (trick-or-treat items) and add a label to the front—write the contents of that jar on the label.
