The best Halloween treats for kids are the ones they get to make, or at least decorate. This list leans on the jobs small hands handle well: dipping, drizzling, sprinkling, and pressing candy eyes onto anything that sits still long enough. Candy eyes turn up a lot. We did not fight it.
