Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place Italian meatballs (about 1.5 inches in diameter) on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, checking for doneness as sizes vary.
- Boil spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Stir in your favorite spaghetti sauce and the baked meatballs.
- Use a small round cookie cutter to cut circles from sliced mozzarella cheese. Place one cheese circle on top of each meatball.
- Slice green olives and place one slice on each meatball's cheese circle to form an eye.
- Unroll refrigerated crescent dough and cut it into thin strips. Wrap each strip around a halved hot dog, leaving the top portion uncovered for the eyes.
- Bake the wrapped hot dogs in a 375°F oven for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Let them cool before adding eyes.
- Using a toothpick, apply a small dab of ketchup to each candy googly eye, then press the eyes onto the exposed top of each hot dog.
- Using a knife or small ghost-shaped cutter, cut the remaining sliced mozzarella into ghost shapes for the pizza.
- Bake your favorite frozen cheese pizza following the package instructions.
- As soon as the pizza is out of the oven, spread extra pizza sauce over the top to create a 'bloody' effect.
- Quickly arrange the ghost-shaped mozzarella pieces on the hot pizza so they begin to melt.
- Press candy googly eyes onto the melted ghost cheese to complete the Halloween look.
