Ingredients
Directions
- Put a glass or jam jar into the freezer for half an hour to chill.
- Get your decorations ready by threading mini donuts, small cupcakes, marshmallows, and liquorice onto long skewers or through straws.
- In a blender, combine 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream, 5 ml (1 tsp) pumpkin spice (if using), 60 ml (¼ cup) Baileys Original, and a splash of whole milk.
- Pulse the blender until mixed, then add more milk a little at a time until the shake reaches your preferred thickness.
- Pour the shake into the chilled glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside rim of the glass.
- Top with a generous swirl of Cool Whip or canned whipped cream, then add more chocolate sauce on top.
- Finish by inserting the decorated skewers or straws with donuts, cupcakes, and marshmallows, and serve right away.
