This Baileys Freakshake is a decadent Halloween treat that combines vanilla ice cream, Baileys, and pumpkin spice, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Decorate with mini donuts, cupcakes, marshmallows, and cookies on skewers for a show-stopping dessert. Serve immediately from a chilled glass for maximum effect.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put a glass or jam jar into the freezer for half an hour to chill.
  2. Get your decorations ready by threading mini donuts, small cupcakes, marshmallows, and liquorice onto long skewers or through straws.
  3. In a blender, combine 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream, 5 ml (1 tsp) pumpkin spice (if using), 60 ml (¼ cup) Baileys Original, and a splash of whole milk.
  4. Pulse the blender until mixed, then add more milk a little at a time until the shake reaches your preferred thickness.
  5. Pour the shake into the chilled glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside rim of the glass.
  7. Top with a generous swirl of Cool Whip or canned whipped cream, then add more chocolate sauce on top.
  8. Finish by inserting the decorated skewers or straws with donuts, cupcakes, and marshmallows, and serve right away.
