Ingredients
Directions
- Grease a casserole dish with butter.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and marshmallows. Microwave in 30-second increments, letting them puff up and stirring between each burst, until completely melted.
- Stir in green food coloring to your desired shade, then add vanilla extract.
- Fold in rice krispies until just combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press it into an even layer using a buttered spatula or your buttered hands.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then spread melted chocolate on top to create hair and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Cut the large marshmallow in half and place sticky side down for eyes. Use a dab of melted chocolate to attach M&M's as pupils. Cut the pocky stick into two pieces for eyebrows. Pipe a mouth using melted chocolate or black food gel. Enjoy!
