Transform a white faux pumpkin and a paper mache hat into a glamorous Halloween decoration. Paint the hat black, add rhinestone letters, and embellish with tulle, ribbon, and glittery picks for a striking black-and-white look.

- Apply two layers of Americana Multi-Surface Paint in Black Tie to the paper mache hat.
- While the hat's paint is drying, attach the Boo! rhinestone letters onto the white pumpkin.
- After the hat is dry, attach tulle trim along its bottom edge, secure a ribbon bow, and add several glittery feather picks for decoration.
