These bite-sized appetizers combine buttery crescent dough with creamy Brie, tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans, finished with fragrant rosemary. They bake up golden and are ideal for holiday parties or Thanksgiving gatherings.

- Preheat oven to 375°F with the rack in the center. Spray a mini (24-cup) muffin tin with cooking spray. Dust your work surface with flour, unroll the crescent dough, and pinch the seams together to seal. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares and press each square into a muffin cup.
- Cut the Brie wheel into small pieces and place one piece into each dough cup. Top each with a spoonful of whole berry cranberry sauce, a sprinkle of finely chopped pecans, and a small piece of rosemary.
- Bake until the pastry is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
