DIY Dollar Store Halloween Centerpiece
Transform dollar store finds into a spooky-chic Halloween centerpiece in just a few easy steps!

This DIY uses painted craft jars and a black wood plank as a base. After wrapping jars in creepy cloth and trimming lids with ribbon, glue them onto the plank and embellish with glittery Halloween accents for a festive table display.

- Give your craft jars a fresh white coat of paint and paint the wood plank black. Let both dry completely.
- Measure around each jar to find its circumference, then cut enough creepy cloth to wrap around with a bit of overhang.
- Attach the creepy cloth to the jars by running a line of glue down the back center and pressing both sides of the fabric onto the jar.
- Cut pieces of thin black glitter ribbon long enough to go around each jar lid, then glue them onto the lids.
- Arrange the jars on the black wood plank in a centered row. When you're happy with the spacing, carefully tilt each jar and add glue to its bottom before pressing it in place.
- Finish by gluing on your chosen accents, such as glitter bats, a Halloween metal word, or glitter skulls.
