These DIY ghost boo bags are simple to make using white paper bags, black vinyl or markers, and baker's twine. Fill them with candy and paper shred, then attach printable Boo tags for a festive doorstep delivery. Perfect for spreading Halloween cheer to neighbors!

- Position a cereal bowl on the white paper bag to trace a half-circle along the top edge, then cut along the line to shape the ghost's head.
- Create spooky eyes and a mouth by cutting shapes from black vinyl, or simply draw them with a black marker.
- Punch two holes near the top of the bag using a hole punch.
- Fill the bottom portion of the bag with paper shred for a fluffy base.
- Add your preferred candy on top of the paper shred.
- Download and print the free Boo tags, then cut them out along the outlines.
- Close the bag by tying it with black and white baker's twine, then attach a Boo tag and deliver the bags to neighbors' porches.
