Ingredients
Directions
- Slice the bananas into 3cm pieces.
- Arrange the banana chunks on a plate or tray and freeze them for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Crush the white chocolate into small bits and transfer them to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each burst until it becomes smooth and fully melted. Avoid overheating to prevent scorching.
- Take the frozen banana pieces out of the freezer and insert a bamboo skewer into each one.
- Quickly dip the upper portion of each banana into the melted chocolate, shake off any extra, and press two candy eyeballs onto the chocolate to form a ghost face.
- Place the pops upright to dry. A cake pop stand works well, but you can also use a cardboard or egg carton with holes poked in the top using an extra skewer.
- Allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving.
