This easy Halloween snack uses rambutan shells as spooky cups. Simply cut the skin to create two cups, fill with pomegranate arils, and serve. It's a fun, no-bake treat that looks like hairy monster eyes or bites.

Directions

  1. Use a sharp knife to make a circular cut through the rambutan's skin, going lengthwise around the fruit. Be careful to only cut the skin and not the flesh. Once the cut is complete, the inner fruit will push out, forming two elongated oval cups. Reserve the fruit for snacking or another use.
  2. Spoon pomegranate arils into each rambutan cup until filled.
  3. Place the filled rambutan cups on a serving tray or platter. Serve and savor these creepy, hairy monster snacks!
