This festive cheeseball combines creamy dairy, sharp cheddar, savory bacon, and zesty horseradish, then gets rolled in everything bagel seasoning and shaped into a pumpkin for a fun Halloween party snack.

Ingredients

1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 scallions (chopped)

6 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)

About 1/2 cup Everything But the Bagel seasoning blend*

Bagel chips and/or crackers for serving

Directions

Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, prepared horseradish, shredded sharp cheddar, chopped scallions, and crumbled cooked bacon in a mixing bowl until fully blended. Shape the mixture into a round ball, cover it tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 60 minutes to firm up.

After the chilling period, unwrap the cheeseball and roll it gently in the Everything But the Bagel seasoning blend until the entire surface is completely covered.

For a festive pumpkin look, place a real or artificial pumpkin stem on top of the ball. Then, use the tip of a chopstick or the back of a butter knife to press vertical lines into the cheeseball to mimic pumpkin ridges.

Present the finished cheeseball alongside bagel chips and crackers for dipping.
