Fabric Pumpkin Decor
Create a cute no-carve fabric pumpkin to decorate your home this fall.

This simple sewing project uses orange and green fabric plus polyester stuffing to make a soft pumpkin decoration. You'll cut pumpkin shapes, sew them together leaving a gap for turning and stuffing, then add a fabric stem. It's a beginner-friendly craft that yields a charming, reusable fall accent.

- Using your orange fabric, cut out two matching pieces shaped like a pumpkin.
- Put the two pieces with their good sides facing each other, then stitch all around the edges, but stop 3 inches from the starting point so there's an opening.
- Through that gap, pull the fabric so the right side is now on the outside.
- Stuff the pumpkin with polyester filling until it's as plump as you like.
- Stitch the leftover opening shut by hand.
- From the green fabric, cut a small rectangle, then fold and sew it to create a stem shape.
- With needle and thread, fasten the stem onto the top of the pumpkin.
