Ingredients
Directions
- Prepare a baking sheet or tray by covering it with parchment or wax paper. Double-check that the tray will fit in your refrigerator before moving on.
- Take the white chocolate and break it into smaller pieces, then put them into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring well after each burst. Continue until the chocolate is just melted and smooth, taking care not to overheat it.
- Work quickly now: dip half of each dried apple ring into the melted white chocolate, coating it evenly.
- Set the dipped ring on the lined tray, then repeat the dipping process for all the apple rings you want to use.
- Once all rings are dipped, gently press two candy eyeballs onto the chocolate-covered part of each apple ring.
- Place the tray of apple ghosts into the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
- Carefully peel each ghostly bite from the paper and serve right away on a plate or platter.
