This easy Halloween bark combines melted almond bark with crunchy cookies, pretzels, and candy corn, then is topped with candy eyeballs and festive sprinkles. After a quick chill in the fridge, it's ready to break into pieces for a fun, shareable snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the almond bark according to the package directions. I prefer to do it slowly in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until it's smooth and glossy.
  2. While the chocolate melts, line a large baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Scatter the broken cookies, pretzel pieces, and about 1 cup of candy corn over the prepared sheet.
  3. Drizzle the melted almond bark over the cookie mixture, then use a spatula to spread it evenly so everything is coated.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the remaining candy corn, candy eyeballs, and Halloween sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the bark is set and firm.
  5. Break the bark into small pieces and enjoy!
