Create custom Halloween character candles using silicone molds and wax. Melt wax to 175°F, add color and scent, then pour into molds. After cooling for 2 hours, unmold and trim wicks for a perfect Halloween decoration.

- Set your Halloween character silicone molds on a level work surface. If the molds have a wick hole, place a wick in each one.
- Melt your wax flakes (paraffin or soy) in a double boiler or microwave until it reaches 175°F (80°C).
- Mix in your chosen candle dye (orange, black, or purple) and, if desired, a few drops of fragrance oil. Stir slowly to incorporate without creating bubbles.
- Carefully pour the melted wax into the prepared molds, taking care not to spill or overfill.
- Let the wax cool and harden completely, which will take about 2 hours.
- Gently remove the finished candles from the molds and snip the wicks down to 1/4 inch in length.
