This Halloween deviled eggs recipe transforms classic deviled eggs into creepy eyeballs. The filling is made with avocado, mayonnaise, and green food coloring, then piped into egg whites and topped with black olives, candy eyes, and sriracha to create a bleeding effect. It's a fun and festive appetizer for any Halloween party.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the eggs in water with a single drop of red food coloring. Once done, let them cool, then remove the shells.
  2. Slice each egg in half, dividing the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado flesh, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and a drop of green food coloring into the yolks until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
  4. Pipe the green yolk blend back into the egg white halves. Decorate each with a black olive, a candy eye, and a drizzle of sriracha around the edge to create a bleeding-eye look. Serve immediately.
