These Halloween Ice Cream Floats combine vanilla ice cream with orange soda for a classic float with a spooky twist. Decorate the glass rims with white icing drips and Halloween sprinkles, then top with festive straws and candy garnishes for a party-perfect drink.
Ingredients
Directions
- Start with a clean, dry glass. Using the white writing icing, pipe a ring around the rim, letting some icing drip down the sides. Vary your speed to create thicker drips in places.
- While the icing is still wet, gently sprinkle Halloween-themed sprinkles over the rim.
- Once all glasses are rimmed, use a small cookie scoop or spoon to add vanilla ice cream, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
- Slowly pour chilled orange soda into each glass, filling only halfway at first because the soda will fizz and foam. Wait for the foam to subside, then add more soda until the glass is full.
- Finish with festive straws and optional garnishes like candy pumpkins or candy corn.
