Ingredients
Directions
- Start by melting the butter. You can do this in a microwave or a small saucepan on the stove.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter with the SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Smooth.
- Stir them together until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated. It will look like breadcrumbs, so use your hands to press it into a dough.
- Cover a small baking tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Take pieces of the dough and roll them into balls the size of walnuts. Arrange them on the prepared tray and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate. Pour it into a piping bag or a small freezer bag, snip off a corner, and pipe zigzag lines over each chilled ball to create a mummy effect.
- Quickly attach two edible candy eyes to each mummy.
- Return the mummies to the fridge until the white chocolate is completely set.
