This Halloween Pumpkin Spiced Chex Mix combines a buttery pumpkin spice glaze with crunchy Chex cereal, pretzels, Bugles, and pecans. After a quick microwave session, you stir in candy corn and Reese's Pieces for a sweet, spooky snack. It's perfect for parties or munching while watching scary movies.

Directions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the Chex cereal, Bugles, pretzels, and pecans. Set aside.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and lump-free.

Pour the spiced glaze over the dry ingredients. Gently toss everything together with your hands to avoid crushing the mix.

Microwave the mixture on high for 2 minutes. Remove and gently stir with a rubber spatula. Microwave for another 2 minutes, stir again, then microwave for 1 final minute and stir once more.
