This quick Halloween treat uses marshmallow Peeps instead of standard marshmallows. Simply microwave a Peep on a graham cracker half until it puffs, add two pieces of chocolate, and top with another graham cracker half.

- Put a Peep on top of one graham cracker half. Set this on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 5 to 10 seconds, just until the Peep begins to puff up. Then, put two chocolate squares onto the Peep and close the sandwich with the remaining half graham cracker.
