These Healthy Halloween Freakshakes combine a fruity raspberry-banana milkshake with spooky decorations. Craft clementine pumpkins, ghostly banana faces, and grape magic wands to top your creamy drink. It's a fun, kid-friendly treat that's both delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients
Directions
- Remove the peel from the clementines. Snap two small segments from a chocolate matchmaker stick and insert one into the top of each clementine to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- Remove the peel from the banana and slice it into two pieces. On the rounded end of each half, press three dark chocolate chips to create eyes and a mouth, making a ghost face.
- Slide 5 to 6 black grapes onto a bamboo skewer, keeping the lower third of the skewer bare. Make a second fruit wand the same way.
- Put the frozen raspberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and optional honey into a food processor. Process on a high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and beat until it holds stiff peaks. Spoon it into a disposable piping bag that has a large star-shaped nozzle.
- Pour the blended milkshake into two glasses or jars. Add a generous swirl of whipped cream on top of each.
- Arrange the fruit decorations on the glasses. Before placing, push bamboo skewers into the bottoms of the clementine pumpkins and banana ghosts to keep them upright.
- Insert a couple of drinking straws and serve right away.
