This easy Halloween snack uses green apples, peanut butter, cheese, and seeds to create fun monster faces. Perfect for parties or lunchboxes, they're as tasty as they are adorable.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut each apple into quarters and remove the core and seeds. In the center of each quarter, carve a V-shaped notch to form the monster's mouth. Do this for all apple pieces.
  2. Spread a thin coating of peanut butter inside each mouth. Repeat for every apple slice.
  3. Press a few pumpkin or sunflower seeds into the top edge of the mouth to resemble teeth. Do for all slices.
  4. Insert a triangular piece of cheddar or Colby jack cheese into each mouth.
  5. Dab a little peanut butter onto the back of each candy eye, then stick them onto the apple slices.
  6. Serve right away for best freshness.
