Mini Mummy Dogs are a fun and easy Halloween snack made by wrapping cocktail sausages in crescent roll strips to look like mummies. They're brushed with egg wash, baked until golden, and finished with mustard eyes. Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using barbecue sauce, toss the Lil Smokies in 1/2 cup of spicy barbecue sauce until coated.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the perforations together to form rectangles.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Stretch each strip to about double its length, then wrap it around a sausage, leaving a gap for the eyes. Place the wrapped mummies on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of water, and a pinch of salt. Brush this egg wash over each mummy.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Add two small dots of mustard for eyes, and serve with ketchup and/or mustard for dipping.
