Monster Cookies Recipe: Easy Halloween Treats!

Directions

1. Get a baking sheet and cover it with wax paper. Set it aside for later.
2. Separate the purple, green, and brown candy melts into three microwave-safe bowls. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to each bowl.
3. Heat the bowls in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the candy is fully melted and smooth.
4. Using a fork, dip each Oreo cookie into one of the melted candy colors. To get 12 monsters, make 4 cookies of each color. Lift the coated cookie with the fork and let excess drip off, then gently place it on the prepared baking sheet.
5. While the coating is still wet, decorate each cookie with sprinkles for the monster's hair and press on one or two candy eyes.
6. For some monsters, insert broken pretzel stick pieces as horns. Use the black decorating frosting to draw spooky grins on others. Enjoy your Halloween creations!
